court should establish a Title 13 RCW guardianship and appoint a guardian for ISAIAH HURLEY DOB:

04/26/17. A petition for Order Appointing Title 13 RCW guardian, if granted, could result in substantial

restrictions to the rights of the parent(s), guardian(s) or legal custodian(s).

Notice: If your child is placed in out-of-home care, you may be held responsible for the support of the child.

The court has scheduled a hearing on: June 13, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. (25 days from the date of first

publication), before the Honorable Judge Jeremy Schmidt, at: Spokane County Superior Court,

Courtroom 303, 1116 W. Broadway Avenue, Spokane, WA 99260. The Date of First Publication of Service: May 17, 2024. The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider evidence relating to the petition.

You should be present at this hearing. If you do not appear, the court may enter an order in your absence establishing a Title 13 RCW guardianship and appointing a guardian.
