NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PASSED

BY SPOKANE VALLEY CITY COUNCIL

The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 24-008 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council on the 7th day of May, 2024:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS DESCRIBED IN CPA-2024-01; AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.

The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Official City Zoning Map as described in CPA-2024-01. Section 2 speaks to findings from the Planning Commission. Section 3 speaks to the property that is subject to the ordinance. Section 4 speaks to the map amendments. Section 5 speaks to the zoning map and the official controls. Section 6 speaks to adoption of other laws. Section 7 speaks to the map and administrative action pertaining to the map. Section 8 states liability; Section 9 speaks to severability and Section 10 provides for an effective date.
