COLFAX - The Liberty boys and girls put on a strong showing Tuesday afternoon, April 23, at a league meet in Colfax.
The boys finished third as a team with 71 points; the girls were fourth with 69 points.
Asotin won the boys division, followed by Asotin, with 96 and 78 team points, respectively.
Garfield-Palouse won the girls meet with 119 points, followed by Odessa with 98 and Colfax with 96.
The only Lancer to win an event was senior Colten Kroll in discus, with a flight of 111-10.
Lancer boys with second-place finishes included sophomore Jack Jackson in the 100-meter, 11.54; senior Marc Greenburg, 400-meter, 53.58; the 4X400 Relay team (junior Mitchell Hanegan, freshman Parker Myers, Greenburg and Johnson, 3:51.43; and freshman Sam Cook, high jump, 5-04.
For the girls, second-place finishers included junior Maicy Bothman, javelin, 105-09; and junior Z'hanie Weaver, discus, 93-10.5.
