Louina M. Quinata arrested for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief in the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue.
Douglas J. Farmer arrested for first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, second-degree assault, attempting to elude a police vehicle and second-degree malicious mischief in the 13500 block of West Whitetip Avenue....
