CHENEY — The Police Department reported the following incidents from Jan. 8-13:
Jan 8.
Two people were bitten by a dog in the 1100 block of First Street. They refused medical assistance and the case was forwarded to SCRAPS.
A patrol vehicle and a pedestrian vehicle collided in the 1100 block of Oakland Street.
Jan. 9
An unknown man tried gaining entry to an apartment in the 300 block of Erie Street.
Jan. 10
A commercial burglary was reported in the 2200 block of First Street. The suspect used a shopping cart to break a store’s glass, gain entry and steal $2,000 worth of Pokemon cards. No suspect has been identified.
Dylan Gerber and Josiah March were arrested on felony warrants and for being in possession of stolen property in the 2300 block of First Street. They were towing a stolen golf cart behind their vehicle.
A caller reported losing $1,300 in the 800 block of First Street due to fraud.
A caller reported losing $2,660 in the 100 block of Betz. Road due to fraud.
Child abuse reported in the 1000 block of Betz Road. An investigation is ongoing.
Jan. 11
A fatal crash was reported near Milepost 266 of Interstate 90.
Arrest was made in the 200 block of Simpson Parkway for driving with a suspended license and for not using a child restraint system.
A juvenile ran away from home in the 1000 block of Betz Road.
Verbal dispute in the 300 block of North Third Street.
Malicious mischief in the 400 block of First Street. One person broke the side window out of a vehicle during a road rage incident.
Abandoned vehicle reported in the 200 block of Fern Street. The vehicle was impounded.
A death investigation is ongoing after a crisis report was made in the 200 block of North Fifth Street.
Verbal dispute in the 1000 block of Greenfield Street.
Jan. 12
An incorrigible juvenile was reported in the 1100 block of First Street.
Court order violation reported in the 800 block of First Street.
Thomas Adewale arrested in the 100 block of Erie Street for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence.
Abandoned vehicle in the 200 block of North Second Street. It was impounded.
Abandoned vehicle in the 900 block of Mike McKeehan Way. Vehicle impounded.
Jan. 13
Raymond Johnson was arrested in the 500 block of West First Street for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence.
Driver was cited in the 300 block of South Cheney Spangle Road for third-degree driving with a suspended license and for not using a child restraint system while driving.
Verbal dispute reported in the 200 block of West Second Street.
