Cheney pool demolition complete

CHENEY – Work on the municipal pool is continuing following demolition.

"Demolition of the pool is complete," pool renovation project manager Dan Curley said last week. He went on to describe the process that unfolded during the demolition phase, which involved heavy equipment operators on-site, diligently working to dismantle the structure.

Multiple trucks were employed to haul away the debris, ensuring a thorough cleanup, he said.

Curley noted the demolition phase of the project did not encounter any unforeseen challenges thanks to the careful planning and execution by the demolition team.
