Airway Pediatrics opens

AIRWAY HEIGHTS – A new chapter in healthcare began here last week with the opening of Airway Pediatrics.

Founded by Dr. Bryan Lebo and Heather Saunders, this pediatric facility is not just a clinic, but a beacon of hope for families in the region.

The new clinic is located at 10408 W. U.S. Highway 2, Suite 3.

“Opening a pediatric clinic is no small feat,” Saunders said.

The journey that led to its creation helps set it apart.

Lebo’s journey to becoming a co-founder of the clinic is a testament to perseverance.

His career began as an Emergency Medical Technician in Las Vegas, Nev.Over the years, he worked his way up.

Lebo’s thirst for knowledge and a desire to make a more significant impact led him to Washington State University, where he embarked on an academic journey.

He emerged with a doctor of nursing practice degree and earned his board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

One of the most significant hurdles the duo faced was navigating requisite paperwork.

The health-care industry demands rigorous attention to detail and compliance, Saunders said.

The original timeline for opening the clinic was three weeks. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, they accelerated plans and opened their doors in just three days.

Lebo and Saunders share a passion for pediatric care.

When asked about their favorite part of working in pediatrics, they both agreed that it’s taking care of “crazy kids.”

The energy, resilience and curiosity of children bring a unique kind of joy and fulfillment to their daily work, they said.
