Cheney athlete joins Lewis and Clark State
LEWISTON, Idaho – Former Cheney high, University of Idaho and Eastern Washington football player Ty Graham will be the new assistant athletic director of marketing and promotions at Lewis-Clark State College.
Graham announced his new role on social media. He enters the job after serving as the assistant director of ticket sales/marketing at University of Idaho where he began his collegiate football career.
Graham has been around college athletics his entire life. He was born and raised in Ellensburg, Wash., where his dad, John Graham, coached football at Central Washington University (1995-2008) before moving to and settling in Cheney in 2008 where his dad coached at EWU (2008-16).
Graham went on to play football at Idaho from 2016-18 where he played as a true freshman, starting in six of the 10 games including the 2016 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl Game as a linebacker.
He transferred back to his hometown to finish his career at Eastern Washington in 2019.
Graham was a two-time All-Big Sky Honorable Mention selection, Big Sky Community Service Team member, two-time Big Sky All-Academic honoree, and was named to the Hampshire Society as chosen by the National Foundation and College Hall of Fame (2021).
Graham earned his bachelor's degree in business marketing in 2020 and master's degree in business administration in 2021.
