Community togetherness a market goal
MEDICAL LAKE – Farmer's markets across the region are in full swing, and the same can be said for the Medical Lake Farmer's Market.
In its second year of operation, the market is still new. Organizers are looking to help the event grow in both vendors and customers.
The market opened for the season on June 3, and will run the first and third Saturdays of each month through October 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
According to Erin Bishop, the market manager, the market is sponsored by local non-profit, Re*Imagine Medical Lake.
