Carol Titus
1955 – 2023
The world is a little darker place due to the passing of our sister and cousin, Carol Titus, earlier this year. A memorial service will be held on Sat., May 27 at 10:00 am at the Pines Cemetery in the Spokane Valley.
Carol, a member of Phi Theta Kaapp, attended Spokane Community College and Eastern Washington University. She worked for Keytronic as a Test Engineer travelling to places such as China, Greece and Mexico. For the last 10+ years she worked at the Northern Quest Casino. Carol and her sister, Sherry, lived outside of Cheney.
In addition to business travel, Carol loved to travel with her friends and visited places such as Norway, Italy, and Britain. Carol was very enthusiastic about Early American history including acquiring a personal library of over two hundred books. Adding to the books she also collected to support her love of family genealogy within her library! She was an avid collector of Star Wars collectables, pins such as those from the Olympics, coins, and things called “Ugly Mugs”. She also loved to bake and had a large collection of recipes for things like cookies.
