Spokane man arrested in Airway Heights

AIRWAY HEIGHTS — Police officers arrested a Spokane man for obstruction of an officer, violation of protection order, and fourth-degree assault on May 18, according to a police report.

On May 17 at around midnight, officers responded to a residence in the 13000 block of West Second Avenue to investigate a reported domestic violence protection order violation, the report said.

Officer’s established probable cause to arrest Daniel L. Pincenti, man 44, for the protection order violation, the report said.

Pincenti was in the residence and refused to vacate. Officer’s obtained a search warrant for the residence while Spokane County Sheriff’s Office SWAT responded to the scene to assist.

At about 4 a.m. on May 18, Pincenti was taken into custody by SWAT and was taken to the Spokane County Jail where is being held on one count of obstruction of a public officer, two counts of violation of a domestic order of protection, and one count of fourth-degree assault with a total bong listed at $30,000.
