CHENEY — The council voted to pass the first reading of Ordinance Y-41, Comprehensive Plan & Zoning Map Amendment, 5 for and 1 against, at their regular meeting on March 28.
The ordinance was modified to reflect the establishment and history of the Presnell Mobile Home Park currently located on the property named in the rezoning application, and surrounding land, including how it came to be non-conforming to the current Zoning designation.
