Venters leads Eagles over Bison
The Eastern Washington men’s basketball team have been kings of the road so far playing seven of eight games away from home.
But the Eagles found Reese Court most accommodating following a 78-70 non-conference win Dec. 3 over North Dakota State. Steele Venters posted a career-high 33 points against the Bison as Eastern improved to 3-5 on the season and North Dakota St. dropped to 1-8.
Eastern led 38-35 lead at halftime and added to their margin leading 50-42 on a dunk from Venters.
