Possible child abuse/neglect in the 700 block of West First Street. Referred to state Department of Children, Youth and Families.

Court-ordered surrender of weapons in the 0 block of West Second Street.

Verbal dispute in the 1000 block of Betz REoad.

Graffiti reported on fence in the 2700 block of North Sixth Street.

Sept. 27

Possible residential burglary in the 2200 block of Marigold Circle.

License plate confiscated after being displayed on wrong vehicle in the 700 block of Second Street.

Verbal domestic dispute in the 1100 block of Oakland Street.

Phone/internet scam reported in the 300 block of G Street.

Phone scam reported in the 600 block of West Third Street.

Ronald J. Acre, 39, arrested for fourth-degree assault in the 0 block of Columbia Street.

Suicide attempt in the 100 block of West First Street. Person involuntarily committed for mental health evaluation.

California drivers license found in the 12500 block of South Murphy Road.

Several flags/banners stolen in the 0 block of North Seventh Street.

Verbal domestic dispute in the 300 block of Erie Street.

Violation of a court order reported in the 1600 block of Second Street.

Jahmal I. Black, 33, arrested for second-degree assault-domestic violence in the 0 block of West Third Street.

AIRWAY HEIGHTS – The Police Department arrested the following individuals between Sept. 20-28:

Sept. 20

Matthew L. Stark was arrested in the 100 block of North Hayford Road for first-degree criminal trespassing .

Sept. 26

Cody L. Roy was arrested in the 12900 block of West Tower Avenue for violation of a domestic violence protection order.

Sean D. Clements was arrested in the 13100 block of West U.S. Highway 2 for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Sept. 27

Jarmell L. Michael was arrested near the intersection of South Hayford Road and West Sprague Avenue for violation of a protection order.

Stephanie M .Vansant was arrested in the 100 block of North Hayford Road for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Christopher M. Winkler was arrested in the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft-shoplifting.

Sept. 28

Ronald N. Guyton was arrested in the 100 block of North Hayford Road for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Richard C. Esquivel was arrested in the 500 block of South Easy Street for fourth-degree assault.
