LIBERTY LAKE— The West Plains Major All-Stars rolled past Liberty Lake 12-2 in first-round district action in Liberty Lake Monday. Cooper Weed got West Plains on the board early with a two-run single in the first inning. The team broke the game wide open, posting nine runs in the fourth.
