CHENEY – Here are all of the reports from the Cheney Police Department from January 11 to January 16.
Jan. 11
Jacket stolen from vehicle on the 3000 block of Silverthorn Lane.
17-year-old, male juvenile ran away from home and returned on January 13.
Agency assisted in a child protection services (CPS) report on the 700 block of Betz Road.
Janette M. Mason, 37-year-old female was arrested for fourth degree domestic violence on the 100 block of Holladay Drive.
Jan. 12
Sunglasses stolen from vehicle on the 100 block of Alki Street.
CPS referral of child abuse and neglect on the 200 block of Erie Street.
Jan. 13
Verbal dispute on the 500 block of Second Street.
Purse and backpack filled with school supplies stolen from vehicle on the 1100 block of Oakland Street.
Wallet with IDS also stolen from a vehicle on the 1100 block of Oakland Street.
Verbal dispute on the 100 block of Erie Street.
Vehicle windshield damaged on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
Jan. 14
Two vehicles prowled and rummaged through on the 500 block of Simpson Parkway.
Verbal dispute on the zero block of Alki Street.
Jan. 15
Wallet and hat found on the 200 block of Second Street.
Debit cards and backpack filled with clothing stolen from vehicle on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
Shanee P. Wahchumwah, 30-year-old female, arrested for a collision while driving under the influence (DUI) on the 2000 block of First Street.
Jan. 16
Fencing and lockbox stolen from the 200 block of First Street.
Verbal dispute reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road.

January 6
Caller reported having a disagreement with a neighbor in the 1100 block of North Courtney Court, and officers arrived to speak with the reporting person
An emergency call was made in the 700 block of North Stanley Street, and responders answered the call finding no emergency
An alarm was activated in the 200 block of East Barker Street, and responders answered the call and handled the situation
January 7
Responders answered a crisis call near the intersection of South Washington Street and East Grace Street
January 8
Caller reported a suspicious person in the 400 block of East State Route 902, and officers made contact finding it was just someone walking home
A suspicious vehicle was reported to be parked in the 200 block of East State Route 902, and officers made contact and issued a warning for the vehicle to move
Responders answered a call reporting an activated alarm in the 200 block of East Barker Street
A call was made requesting medical assistance in the 2300 block of South Salnave Road
A call was made requesting medical assistance in the 1000 block of North Stanley Street
Responders answered a crisis call in the 800 block of West Maple Street
A call was made requesting medical assistance in the 100 block of North Sherman Avenue
January 9
A call was made requesting medical assistance to the 300 block of East Beverly Avenue
A call was made requesting medical assistance to the 300 block of North Lefevre
January 10
Officer stopped to check a vehicle parked at Waterfront Park, and found there was no trouble or any reason for a report
First responders answered a crisis call in the 500 block of South Silver Lake Avenue
Officers responded to a call reporting a fight in the 400 block of North Stanley Street, and issued a warning
Caller reported a loud argument in the 100 block of South Washington Street, and deputies contacted the reporting person and filed a report
January 11
A call was made reporting unsafe driving (driver doing donuts) in the parking lot of Waterfront Park, and issued a warning
Another self-initiated check was made at waterfront park, and finding no criminal activity there was no report filed
A call was made requesting medical assistance to the 100 block of North Lefevre Street
A call was made requesting medical assistance in the 300 block of North Silver Lake Avenue
A car prowling was reported in the 700 block of East Fellows Street
Caller reported a noise complaint in the 1100 block of North Carrie Drive, and officers contacted the reporting person and filed a report
January 12
Officer completed a standard walkthrough in the 200 block of East Barker Street
An argument was reported in the 1000 block of East Ladd Street, and officers contacted the reporting person and issued a warning then filed a report
A call was made requesting medical assistance in the 800 block of East Barker Street
A call was made reporting a noise complaint in the 1100 block of North Carrie Drive. Reporting person was contacted and no report was filed.
Caller reported hearing loud noises in the 100 block of East Spence Street, and upon arrival deputies found nothing
January 13
A person reported a possible code violation to the SCOPE office
A wallet was found in the 1400 block of West Maple Street, and turned in to deputies
A call was made requesting medical assistance to the 800 block of East Tara Lee Avenue
January 14
Officer self-initiated a personal check of Waterfront Park, and didn’t find any trouble
Officer stopped to watch for traffic violations near the intersection of North Graham Road and North Fox Ridge Road, but didn’t see any while doing traffic enforcement
Medical assistance was needed in the 100 block of North Lefevre Street
January 15
Officer stopped to watch for traffic violations near the intersection of North Graham Road and North Fox Ridge Road, but didn’t see any while doing traffic enforcement
Officer stopped to serve papers in the 1000 block of East Lake Street
Medical assistance was needed in the 600 block of East State Route 902
Medical assistance was needed in the 500 block of North Brower Street
January 16
A domestic argument in the 100 block of North Jefferson Street, and officer made contact with the reporting person and issued a warning regarding the situation
An activated alarm system in the 200 block of East Barker Street, and responders went to the location and handled the situation
Medical assistance was requested in the 1000 block of East Campbell Street
A vehicle was stopped for speeding near the intersection of East State Route 902 and North Stanley Street and the driver was issued a warning for speeding
A speeding vehicle was stopped in the 200 block of East State Route 902, and the driver was cited for speeding and unsafe driving
A car was stopped near the intersection of West Medical Lake Highway and South Graham Road where the driver was issued a warning

Rai A Goulsby was arrested on the 11900 block West of Highway 2 for Identity Theft in the First Degree Forgery and Criminal Impersonation in the First Degree
January 12
Nicholas W Nash was arrested on the 1300 block South of Ziegler Street for Sexually Explicit Depictions of Minor Possession in the Second Degree, Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and Communication with Minor Immoral Purposes
January 15
Kristi K McDowell was arrested on the 10600 block West of 12th Avenue for violating a domestic violence protection order
Jamie B Burris was arrested on the 10600 block West of 12th Avenue for an out of state fugitive warrant
January 16
Edward J Francia was arrested on the 2000 block South of Craig Road for Disorderly Conduct and Public Nuisance
