AIRWAY HEIGHTS – Residents were able to join in the festive community activities, as Airway Heights Parks and Recreation kicked off “Winterfest 2021” with a tree lighting and fireworks show the evening on December 3 at Sunset Park.
Inland Power and Light helped decorate the community tree, and parks and rec. Board President Jacob Powers led the audience with a countdown that ended with the community tree being lit while fireworks soared and exploded behind it.
