SPOKANE – Traffic on Interstate 90 and U.S. Highway 395 was backed up Wednesday morning, Oct. 6, after a truck jackknifed near the interchange.
According to the Washington State patrol, the truck and trailer overturned about 6:10 a.m., spilling its load and blocking the lanes.
At press time, tow trucks were up-righting the rig and the load was being cleaned up, officials said.
