The Sept. 16 story, “WSU orders 4-H volunteers to get vaccinated” was listed in your news section and clearly consisted of the personal views held by your publisher (who wrote the piece). The author’s reference to the “Wuhan coronavirus” was wrong and irresponsible. This terminology perpetuates racial violence.
Such personal views belong in the editorial or opinion section.
