CHENEY – Eastern Washington University faces a tough season-opening football game Thursday night as the Eagles travel to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
The No. 11-ranked Eagles will play UNLV on the Rebels home field; kickoff is at 7:06 p.m.
Eastern has not had a losing season since 2006 and the Rebels have only had one winning season in the same period.
Last year, the Rebels wrapped up a winless, abbreviated season while the Eagles advanced to the post-season playoffs to North Dakota State.
