Jacquelyn Belock will be a fresh voice to represent the unrepresented in the Cheney City Council and build a bridge between the city of Cheney and EWU and between the young and the older residents.

Jacquelyn is a young, well-educated enthusiastic serious college teacher as well as a mother of two and the wife of an Army veteran. She has traveled extensively around the United States, even obtained her M.S. in South Dakota.
