March 15

A mental health issue was reported on the 500 block of 2nd Street. Subject was involuntarily committed.

Isaiah D. Cunningham, 40, was arrested on a Spokane warrant for failure to appear on third-degree driving while license suspended/operating motor vehicle without ignition interlock on the 200 block of Betz Road.

A civil problem was reported on the 1100 block of 1st Street.

March 16

Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 2700 block of 1st Street.

Taking motor vehicle without owner’s permission was reported on the 2700 block of North 6th Street. A 2013 Subaru Forrester was reported stolen, recovered on March 19 by the Spokane Police Department.

Disclosing intimate images was reported at an undisclosed location in Cheney. Incident was referred to Juvenile Court.

March 17

Third-degree theft was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. A Bluetooth speaker, tools and binoculars were reported taken from a vehicle.

Second-degree theft was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. Clothing, sports equipment/climbing gear was reported taken from a vehicle.

Rape was reported at an undisclosed location in Cheney.

Third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence was reported on the 200 block of West 3rd Street.

Second-degree theft was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. A wallet, credit/debit cards, gift cards, Airpods and clothing were reported taken from a vehicle.

A 22-year-old female, Jadyn D. Landreth, was arrested for second-degree assault/domestic violence on the 100 block of 1st Street.

March 18

Malicious harassment and third-degree malicious mischief were reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. Racist graffiti was written on an apartment door and vehicle mirrors were broken.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 2500 block of Al Ogdon Way. Tools were reported taken from a vehicle.

March 19

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. Windows were broke on a vehicle and apartment.

A Washington adult driver’s license was turned into the police station.

Police assisted Child Protective Services on the 700 block of 2nd Street.

Civil problems were reported on the 100 block of Walker Drive.

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 100 block of L Street. Tires on a vehicle were slashed.

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 1300 block of 3rd Street.

Juvenile problems were reported on the 2200 block of 1st Street.

A runaway juvenile was reported on the 2200 block of 1st Street. A 13-year-old female was reported missing.
