Feb. 22

Taking motor vehicle without the owner’s permission was reported on the 700 block of North 8th Street. A 2011 Subaru Outback was reported taken but recovered on Feb. 28 by the city of Spokane Police Department.

Second-degree theft was reported on the 2600 block of Eton Lane. An electric bicycle, backpacks, clothing and gear were reported taken from a vehicle.

Feb. 23

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the zero hundred block of North 8th Street.

Identification theft/unemployment fraud was reported on the 200 block of West 6th Street.

A sudden death was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. A 54-year-old male was reported deceased.

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. Dents and scratches were found on a vehicle.

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 100 block of West 1st Street.

A hit-and-run collision was reported on the 100 block of Spokane Street.

A hit-and-run collision/unattended vehicle was reported on the 1800 block of 1st Street.

Stephanie Senechal, 26, was arrested for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence on the 700 block of North 8th Street.

Axel A. Rivera, 19, was cited for a noise violation on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
