It is with great sadness that the Carruth family announces the passing of Tonia Carruth, 45, on Feb. 15, 2021.

Tonia was born on Aug.21, 1975 to Eddie Dixon and Debra Chalmers in Talmage, Calif. Tonia decided to serve our country and went into the Air Force right after high school. She was an Information Management Specialist for the 92nd Air Refueling Wing at Fairchild Airforce Base in Spokane. During her tenure in the military, she received numerous awards and accolades and took part the Iraqi No-Fly Zone Enforcement Operations.
