Guillermo Torres-Lucatero, 20, was arrested for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
Police assisted another agency on a fraud investigation on the 100 block of Alki Street.
Financial fraud (internet/phone scam) was reported on the 100 block of Pineview Drive.
Dylan J. Douthitt, 28, was arrested on three misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear on third-degree theft charges on the 500 block of 4th Street. Two warrants were from Cheney Municipal Court and one was from Airway Heights Municipal Court.
