Cooking classes offered

SPOKANE – The County Library District is again offering the popular meal preparation and Instant Pot cooking programs presented by Meegan Ware — but this time it’s online. The lineup is as follows:

• Easy & Healthy Freezer Meals, Wednesday Sept. 9, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

• Instant Pot Basics & Recipes, Monday, Sept. 21, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

• Instant Pot Dessert Edition, Monday, Sept. 28, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

These classes are for adults. Registration is required and closes at 5pm the day before each program. You can learn more about each program and register at http://www.scld.org/meal-prepcooking. You’ll need to provide an email to receive the login information for these online classes.
