Cheney VFW elects officers for 2020-2021

CHENEY – The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 11326 has elected Dan Hillman to continue serving as its Commander, according to an April 11 news release. Also elected or appointed to officer positions for 2020-2021 were Todd Luce, Jr. as Senior Vice Commander; Richard Mattausch, Vice Commander; Alan Gainer, Quartermaster; John Loehne, Chaplin and Sabrina Savage, Service Officer.

“We look forward to continuing to serve the veterans and general military community of Cheney,” Post 11326 officials stated in the release.

The Veterans of Foreign Wars of the U.S. is the nation’s largest and oldest major war veterans’ organization. Founded in 1899 and chartered by Congress in 1936, the VFW is comprised entirely of eligible combat veterans and service personnel from the active, Guard and Reserve forces.
