Cheney School District to deliver student meals

CHENEY -- School district officials have released the schedule of free student meal packs to be made available during the cancellation of school due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The meal packs, which include breakfast and lunch, will be delivered at the following locations beginning March 18:

Bus 75 Salnave Elementary School 9 – 9:20 a.m.

Betz Elementary School 9:25 – 9:40 a.m.

Bi-Mart 9:45 – 10 a.m.

Bus 51 Windsor Elementary School 9 – 9:20 a.m.

Snowdon Elementary School 9:30 – 9:50 a.m.

Hayford Village 9:55 – 10:5 a.m.

Bus 52 Fairchild MHP 9 – 9:15 a.m.

West Prairie MHP 9:25 – 9:40 a.m.

Copper Landing 10 – 10:20 a.m.

Bus 79 Sunset Elementary School 9 – 9:25 a.m.

Basalt Ridge Entrance on 6th Ave. 9:30 – 10 a.m.

Bus 78 18th and Campbell 9 – 9:25 a.m.

Vietzke Village 9:35 – 9:50 a.m.

Cedar Summit Apartments 10 – 10:20 a.m.

Meal packs are being prepared at Cheney and Westwood middle schools. If parents are unable to have their children at one of these locations during the times provided, please call the parent COVID-19 parent line at 509-559-4580 to discuss alternatives.
