Dr. David McKinstry passed peacefully in his sleep, Monday, Feb. 24, 2020.
David was a kind and generous man beloved by his family and friends. He leaves behind his wife, Donna, his children, David, Megan, and Molly and Joshua Foxx and grandchildren, Aidan Ireton, David (Trey) McKinstry III, Arianna Craig and Conor Craig.
He was a retired physics professor at Eastern Washington University and was interested in promoting sustainable energy and enjoyed sharing 3D movies in his “home theater.” David will be remembered as a man of great integrity.
A celebration of life will be held for him this summer.
