Feb. 4
Autumn N. Meyers, 19, was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) on the 1000 block of 1st Street.
Disean E. Killian, 23, was arrested for trespassing on the 300 block of F Street.
Joshua R. Fritts, 23, was arrested for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
Third-degree theft/shoplifting of liquor was reported on the 2700 block of 1st Street.
Feb. 5
Stuart J. Dahlen, 28, was arrested for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 400 block of North 6th Street. Possible possession of controlled substance — unknown white powder sent to lab.
A suspicious male was reported on the 300 block of Nolan Brown Place.
Richard O. Tracy, 31, was arrested for third-degree DWLS on the 100 block of Blackhawk Lane.
Michael D. Sciarrotta, 20, was arrested for DUI on the 100 block of F Street.
Feb. 6
Emson Eukenio, 22, was arrested on a Spokane County warrant for third-degree assault on the 600 block of 2nd Street.
Second-degree burglary was reported on the 700 block of 5th Street. Tools and sports equipment were stolen from a garage.
Suspicious circumstances — unfounded violation of a court order — were reported on the 600 block of 2nd Street.
Residential burglary and taking motor vehicle without owner’s permission were reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. Keys and an Xbox were stolen along with a silver 2015 Chevy Silverado.
Jahmal I. Black, 31, was arrested for third-degree DWLS on the 800 block of 1st Street.
Feb. 7
Jeffrey A. Gay, 55, was arrested for third-degree DWLS on the 2200 block of 1st Street.
A 15-year-old female and a 16-year-old female were arrested for fighting/mutual combat on the 400 block of North 6th Street.
Financial fraud/online scam was reported on the 200 block of K Street.
An incorrigible juvenile was reported on the 2200 block of 1st Street.
Feb. 8
Suspicious circumstances/possible shoplift was reported on the 2800 block of 1st Street.
Officers were called to the 1600 block of 3rd Street to take a report of a third-degree malicious mischief. While at the residence, officers arrested Cierra M. Elizondo, 20, on a Kittitas County warrant for DUI.
Harassment was reported on the 600 block of Marcella Avenue.
Harassment/civil dispute were reported on the 1600 block of 1st Street.
A debit card was found somewhere in Cheney and turned in to the police station.
Robert E. Moyer, 65, was arrested for third-degree theft/shoplifting of grocery items on the 2700 block of 1st Street.
A 21-year-old female was reported as a missing person on the 1600 block of 3rd Street. The female was located later at the same location.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 500 block of Clay Street.
Feb. 9
A 16-year-old female was reported as a juvenile runaway off the 400 block of North 6th Street. Female was reported as a runaway in Spokane.
Third-degree theft/shoplifting of liquor was reported on the 2700 block of 1st Street.
A fourth-degree assault attempt was reported on the 2700 block of 1st Street.

Medics were called to the 1200 block of East Barker Street.
Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious person on the 200 block of SR 902.

Feb. 10
Deputies rendered assistance related to an alleged sex crime reported on the 800 block of Maple Street. The report is under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a report of a sex crime on the 400 block of South Hallett Street. One of two juveniles who were wrestling allegedly touched the other in an inappropriate way according to a reporting adult.
Deputies responded to a report of a death on the 300 block of North Prentis Street. While the death is not considered suspicious, all deaths not occurring under supervision of a physician are investigated by the Sheriff’s Office.
Two separate cases of abuse were reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.
