Cheney Congregational Church
Please join us in worship Sunday, Jan. 5, at 10 a.m. This is Communion Sunday, and our communion table is open to everyone.
This is the first worship service of the New Year. Pastor Matt Goodale will be officiating.
Children’s Church is available during services for those who would like to attend. There is also a children’s area in the sanctuary. After the service, join us for fellowship, discussion, coffee and cookies. There will be no choir practice this Sunday.
Youth in grades 6-12 are joining youth from other Cheney churches for fellowship and dinner from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. each Sunday at the Cheney United Methodist Church. All are welcome.
“Lunch Bunch” is meeting in the fellowship hall Wednesday, Jan. 9, at noon. Please join us for good food and conversation, and an opportunity to meet some members of the congregation.

Emmanuel Lutheran Church
Emmanuel Lutheran Church invites you to worship with us this Sunday, Jan. 5, at 10:30 a.m. as we celebrate the Epiphany of Our Lord. All are welcome and visitors are expected.
Adult education meets at 9 a.m. preceding the worship service in the upper kitchenette.
All are welcome to visit Emmanuel’s Little Free Library and Free Community Pantry located at 639 Elm St. Donations of books, non-perishable food, and personal care items are always accepted. Both are open to the community 24/7. Emmanuel thanks you for your continued support of this outreach ministry to our neighbors in need.

United Methodist Church
Please join us at the United Methodist Church on this, the first Sunday of the New Year. Our usual Sunday schedule will resume with a multi-age Sunday school class at 9 a.m. followed by worship at 10. Pastors Alissa Bertsch and Pat Sleet will lead the service which will include the celebration of Holy Communion. A time of fellowship follows worship.
