Dec. 10
Police investigated reports of malicious mischief, with numerous vehicles damaged throughout Cheney. Arrested for first-degree malicious mischief and malicious harassment were Joseph M. Porter, 19, and two 17-year-old males.
An Adult Protective Services referral was conducted on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
A wallet was found somewhere in Cheney and turned in to the police station.
Joaquin C. Garcia, 23, was arrested on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Rad for harassment.
Residential burglary was reported on the 600 block of Clay Street. Jewelry boxes were stolen.
Police assisted the Washington State Patrol with an Amber Alert apprehension on the 100 block of 1st Street.
Dec. 11
Second-degree assault was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 2600 block of 1st Street. Some money was taken.
Harassment was reported on the 400 block of North 6th Street.
Rape was reported on the 700 block of Montague Drive.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2800 block of Al Ogdon Way.
Joseph M. Porter, 19, and a 17-year-old male were arrested for residential burglary on the 100 block of Blackhawk Lane.

A hit-and-run unattended collision was reported on the 1100 block of Oakland Street.
Trespass was reported on the 2700 block of 1st Street.
A 15-year-old male was reported as a runaway on the 400 block of North 6th Street. The juvenile is still missing as of press time on Dec. 17.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 2200 block of North 6th Street. Some money was taken.
Ian P. Croucher, 26, was arrested on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road for third-degree malicious mischief/damage to a vehicle.
A mental health issue was reported on the 2700 block of 1st Street. Subject was involuntarily committed.

Fourth-degree assault/domestic violence was reported on the 1600 block of 2nd Street.
Dec. 14
A mental health issue was reported on the 200 block of Walker Drive. Subject was involuntarily committed.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2200 block of Marigold Circle.
Dec. 15
Rape was reported on the 800 block of Betz Road.
A mountain bike was found on the 700 block of Salnave Road.
Mitchell I. Crazybull, 33, was arrested for third-degree shoplifting (liquor) on the 2700 block of 1st Street. Crazybull was also arrested on a felony warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm and two misdemeanor warrants for third-degree theft.
Davon J. Henderson, 33, was arrested on the 1100 block of 2nd Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).
Abdulmohsen A. Alnujaydi, 28, was arrested on the 1500 block of 1st Street for third-degree DWLS.
Third-degree theft/shoplifting was reported on the 2700 block of 1st Street. Grocery items were taken.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
