Sept. 23
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 1100 block of 1st Street.
Gary A. Adams, 51, was arrested on the 900 block of 1st Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).
Harassment was reported on the 700 block of Betz Road.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of Betz Road. Electronics and clothing were stolen.
Ki’l A. Hutcheson, 21, was arrested on the 1000 block of Betz Road for obstructing a law enforcement officer.
Sept. 24
Heather R. Wiggins, 35, was arrested on the 2700 block of 1st Street on a Spokane warrant for misdemeanor second-degree DWLS.
Indecent liberties were reported on the 300 block of Clay Street.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the zero hundred block of 5th Street.
Sept. 25
Trespassing was reported on the 2700 block of 1st Street.
Sept. 26
Harassment was reported on the 400 block of North 6th Street.
Financial fraud/online scam was reported on the 500 block of West 6th Street.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 2300 block of University Lane. A note was left on an apartment door.
Michael D. Siers, 20, was arrested on the 600 block of 2nd Street on a Spokane County warrant for felony second-degree theft.
Brenden L. Brown, 20, was arrested on the 200 block of Nolan Brown Place on a Cheney warrant for misdemeanor third-degree DWLS.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the zero hundred block of B Street.
Cheney police assisted the Washington State Patrol on the 2000 block of 1st Street on the driving under the influence (DUI) arrest of 23-year-old Miguel A. Calvillo-Magana.
Sept. 27
Cheney police assisted the Washington State Patrol on the 200 block of 2nd Street on the DUI arrest of 21-year-old Ki’l A. Hutcheson.
Gabriel T. Rubio, 24, was arrested on the 600 block of 5th Street for third-degree DWLS, DUI and resisting arrest.
Police responded to a report of a vehicle vs. pedestrian collision on the 400 block of 1st Street. A 22-year-old female was crossing 1st Street at the intersection of 1st and Cheney-Spangle Road. A vehicle driven by an 84-year-old female struck the pedestrian while making a right turn from Cheney-Spangle onto 1st Street. The pedestrian did not have any visible injuries, but went to the hospital by ambulance for evaluation due to a possible head injury.
Harassment was reported on the 400 block of North 6th Street.
Cheney police assisted the Kalispell Tribal Police Department with an involuntary committal on the 10900 block of West 6th Avenue in Airway Heights.
Police responded to a medical call on the 100 block of Walker Drive. Subject was involuntarily committed.
Sept. 28
Zachariah J. Cartwright, 27, was arrested on the 400 block of 1st Street for fourth-degree assault.
Sept. 29
Third-degree theft was reported on the 800 block of Elm Street. A coat was stolen.

Deputies served a domestic violence order on the 800 block of Maple Street.
Abuse was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.
Deputies served a domestic violence order on the 1000 block of North Lindsey Street.
A fire was reported on the 500 block of East Norma Lee Avenue.
