Financial fraud/attempted online scam was reported on the 400 block of 5th Street.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 400 block of North 3rd Street. Keys were taken from a vehicle.
Police assisted Eastern Washington University officers with the arrest of a 33-year-old female for driving under the influence (DUI) on the 1000 block of 2nd Street.
