Eastern Washington University is holding a memorial service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 23 at Showalter Auditorium (second floor) for university archivist and interim library dean Dr. Charles Mutschler. Dr. Mutschler was killed in a March 10 car crash in Four Lakes on State Route 904.
