West Plains Arts Academy will be holding a “Create and Sip” at the Mason Jar in Cheney on Friday, Feb. 8 from 7-9:30 p.m. The artwork is currently on display at the Mason Jar. For more information email [email protected].

Medical Lake Valentine’s Day Dinner for seniors

The Medical Lake Kiwanis Club will present its annual Senior Citizen Valentine’s Day Dinner on Saturday, Feb. 9 at noon at St. Anne’s Parish Hall, corner of Lake and Prentis streets.

Featuring a traditional turkey dinner, the event is free of charge to all Medical Lake-area senior citizens and will also include prizes, entertainment and the selection of the Senior Citizen Volunteer of the Year.

Feed Medical Lake Feb. 11

On Feb. 11 Feed Medical Lake will serve open-faced beef sandwiches, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and tri-fold cake at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 223 S. Hallett St. Groceries will be distributed beginning at 4:15 p.m., with supper at 5 p.m. It’s all free.

The “Soup, Etc.” meal will be served Feb. 18.
