Charles Carmen DeAndre, known to all as "Charlie", "Chaz" and "Charbo", but mostly Charlie, was born on March 16, 1981 and left his earthly body on Dec. 9, 2018.
Charlie was extremely witty on so many levels and kept all around him laughing. He once wore a tutu to school in the fifth grade and had everyone in tears.
Charlie was a graduate of Cheney High School, class of 1999. He was an excellent student and graduated with a high grade point average. We were all so proud of him on that day.
Music was a big part of Charlie's life. He loved music and singing; his favorite band was Alice in Chains. Charlie also enjoyed cooking and took great pride in the dishes that he would prepare. He loved the water and spending summers up in Idaho, on the Coeur d' Alene river with his cousins and family.
Charlie loved his family and friends and would do anything for any one of them, at any time. He mostly just loved being around his family; that was his favorite thing in life.
We love our dear Charlie, and he will be greatly missed, but he will live on forever in the hearts and minds of all those who loved him.
His service will be at 3 p.m. on Dec. 29 at The Cheney Faith Center with a reception dinner to follow at Eagles Pub.
He is survived by his son Patrick, parents Chuck and Frances DeAndre, his brothers Michael and Cody DeAndre, his sister, Jamie DeAndre and his nieces and nephew's Tyson, Jasmine, Sadie and Colton.
