CHENEY
Nov. 12
Second-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of College Hill. Car accessories and sunglasses were taken from a vehicle.
Forgery was reported on the 900 block of First Street. A counterfeit $10 bill was passed.
Nov. 13
An informational report was taken on the 14300 block of Deno Road. A complaint was filed against a Cheney School District school bus driver. School district officials are conducting an internal investigation.
A 15-year-old male was arrested for trespassing at Cheney High School.
A rape was reported on the 1500 block of Washington Street.
A hit and run/attended accident was reported on the 500 block of First Street. A vehicle backed into another vehicle with the owner inside it in a parking lot and subsequently drove off.
Third-degree theft was reported to the police department. A credit card was taken sometime in October, and then used at a couple places around the city on Oct. 25.
Nov. 14
An argument where somebody brought out a cellphone and recorded the incident was reported to the police department. Incident may have occurred in September in the area of the 200 block of North 11th Street.
Nov. 15
Harassment was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
Nov. 16
Possible theft of a personal computer and cellphone was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 2200 block of North Sixth. Possible theft of groceries.
Police assisted Cheney fire department personal on an overdose on the 2200 block of First Street.
Nov. 17
Ryan C. Jaeger, 21, Michael A. Hollenbeck, 19, Cody L. Thornton, 20, and Nicholas L. Bryant-Rausch were cited for a noise ordinance violation/loud party on the 200 block of College Avenue.
A rape was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
Nov. 18
A rape was reported on the 200 block of North 10th Street.
Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 100 block of Blackhawk Lane. A car was damaged.
A wallet was found on the 300 block of Fifth Street.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 500 block of Second Street. Tools were taken.
A 16-year-old male was arrested as a runaway on the 900 block of First Street. The male was a runaway out of Spokane.

Nov. 12
A prowl check was conducted on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.
A fire was reported on the 400 block of East Tara Lee Avenue.
A prowl check was conducted on the 200 block of East State Route 902.
Multiple prowl checks were conducted on the 1300 block of South Lefevre Street.
A vehicle prowling was reported on the 500 block of South Legg Street.
Nov. 13
A prowl check was conducted on the 400 block of North Walker Street.
A prowl check was conducted on the 1300 block of South Lefevre Street.
A prowl check was conducted on the 800 block of Maple Street.
A commercial alarm was reported on the 400 block of North Brower Street.
An assault was reported on the 800 block of Maple Street.
Nov. 14
A welfare check was conducted on the 800 block of Maple Street.
An animal complaint was received from North Grant and East Fellows streets.
A prowl check was conducted on the 1300 block of South Lefevre Street.
A commercial alarm was reported on the 400 block of North Brower Street.
Nov. 15
A prowl check was conducted on the 14000 block of West Fancher Road.
Disorderly conduct was reported on the 500 block of South Hallett Street.
Abuse was reported on the 400 block of North Grant Street.
Nov. 16
Multiple prowl checks were conducted on the 1300 block of South Lefevre Street.
A prowl check was conducted on the 800 block of Maple Street.
A commercial alarm was reported on the 400 block of South Lake Drive.
A suspicious person was reported on the 200 block of South Hallett Street.
Nov. 17
Multiple prowl checks were conducted on the 1300 block of South Lefevre Street.
A suicide attempt was reported on the 300 block of North Washington Street.
Nov. 18
Multiple prowl checks were conducted on the 1300 block of South Lefevre Street.
A commercial alarm was reported on the 400 block of North Brower Street.
