A routine inspection of the area surrounding Exit 272 on Interstate 90 at State Route 902 revealed the body of an unidentified man at a transient camp.
According to a news release from the office of the Spokane County Sheriff, at about 10 a.m. on Nov. 8, Washington State Department of Transportation employees were inspecting an area on the northwest corner of the interchange. There they found the remains of what appear to be of an adult male in an advanced state of decomposition.
