Cheney's Church of the Nazarene's final service marking their 100th-year anniversary was aptly titled for a congregation that seems to always be doing something to move forward.
"Celebrating the Next 100 Years" last Sunday, Sept. 22, featured a special keynote message from Dr. Gustavo A. Crocker, the 41st general superintendent of the national church, elected at the 28th General Assembly in June 2013. Prior to that he served as the church's Eurasia regional director, and also as senior vice president for programs at World Relief Corporation.
