Sept. 9
An accident with injuries was reported on the 1500 block of Second Street. A motorcycle struck a parked car. Eastern Washington University police arrested the driver of the motorcycle for driving under the influence, while Cheney police handled the accident investigation.

A 13-year-old female was arrested at Westwood Middle School for possession of marijuana.
Canadian money was turned in to the police station.
