Rain or shine, Tyler Daze are coming.
The annual celebration at the community located just off Interstate 90 on the State Route 904 exit to Cheney is taking place Saturday, June 2. As always, the event is filled with all sorts of activities and exhibits that together spell community fun.
The Tyler Grange will be the site of the activities, which feature the annual community flea market where vendors sell their craft items, residents can turn unneeded items into cash and shoppers can find those hidden treasurers while visiting with neighbors and friends.
This year will feature bedding plants for sale, and there is free advertising for sellers and free coffee for everyone. Cost for a table or space, inside or outside, is $15, with set up taking place Friday, June 1 after 4 p.m. or Saturday, 7 – 8 a.m.

Volunteer firefighters from Spokane County Fire District 3 Station 312 in Tyler provide a pancake breakfast along with a hamburger or German sausage dog lunch. Breakfast begins at 7 a.m. and lunch runs from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., with donations accepted and appreciated.
All donations benefit Tyler Grange and Tyler Station 312 Volunteer Association.
Tyler firefighters will also be on hand throughout the day with a display of firefighting equipment, and officials from the state Department of Natural Resources officials will have a display on safety tips for residents regarding wildfires.
Merle Craner's bluegrass band, made up of local musicians, will entertain the crowd.
Tyler Daze organizers invite area residents to leave the yardwork for another day, bring the family and join the fun Saturday, June 2 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Tyler Grange Hall in Tyler - just 16 minutes west of Cheney on SR 904.
