Input sought on water plan, critical areas and zoning changes
Cheney planning department staff are looking for public comment on three revisions and updates to the city’s planning and zoning documents.
The first is a proposed update to the city’s existing water system plan dealing with the water supply that serves approximately 9,500 persons from groundwater wells. The plan was developed to meet Washington Administrative Code requirements and provide comprehensive planning to meet future water supply requirements for the service area.
