The Cheney High School Equestrian Team, under the leadership of Kevin Christiansen, competed in their first Washington High School Equestrian Teams meet this year at Appleatchee Riders in Wenatchee, Wash., March 16-18. The WAHSET program gives equestrian athletes an opportunity to be recognized in a fair, positive and educational format.
