Using information gathered from a public input process, Spokane Transit Authority is moving forward with proposed route changes - including several affecting riders in Cheney and on the West Plains.
At the March 20 City Council meeting, STA's director of planning and development, Karl Otterstrom, outlined those changes taking place to Cheney's service. Once approved by STA's board of directors, those changes are scheduled to go into effect this September.
