CHENEY
Feb. 26
Cheney police assisted the Reardan police department with a juvenile runaway who was attending Cheney High School.
Mohammed A. Al-Dhafeeri, 25, was arrested on the 1900 block of First Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
A report of a lost passport was made on the 1100 block of Oakland Street.
Cash and credit cards were found on the 2700 block of First Street.
Feb. 27
Richard F. Doubrava III, 27, was arrested on the 2300 block of Washington Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).
Rape was reported on the 600 block of C Street.
Feb. 28
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2200 block of First Street.
March 1
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 100 block of Betz Road. Damage was done to an Spokane Transit Authority bus’s door. Suspect identified, under investigation.
A report of bullying between kids was taken on the 3200 block of Meadow Glen.
Sameera T. Villaluz, 22, was arrested on the 400 block of Simpson Parkway for third-degree DWLS.
An unwanted male guest continuously knocking on a female’s house front door was trespassed from the 100 block of C Street.
March 2
A key was found on the 600 block of Second Street and turned in to City Hall.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 2700 block of First Street. Groceries were taken from a car.
A driver’s license an wallet were found and turned in to the police station.
March 3
Alexandra A. Tishkina, 21, was arrested on the 1700 block of Second Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2600 block of First Street.
A vicious animal was reported on the 100 block of Presley Drive. A woman walking her dog found herself between her animal and another dog and received some scratches. Incident was referred to an animal control officer for follow up.
An unwanted patron was trespassed from a business on the 100 block of F Street.
Harassment was reported on the 700 block of Chestnut Street.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 500 block of Second Street. A bicycle was taken, but later recovered.
Kaleb A. Riojas, 21, was arrested on the 400 block of Simpson Parkway for third-degree DWLS.
March 4
A noise complaint was made on the zero hundred block of B Street. After contacting the resident, Patrick H. Bryant, 52, was arrested on a Spokane Municipal Court misdemeanor warrant for assault/domestic violence.
Possible drugs were found in a flower garden outside an apartment complex on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported no the 1000 block of First Street.

Feb. 27
A prowl check was conducted on the 1300 block of South Lefevre Street.
A suspicious person was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.
Feb. 28
A blocking accident occurred at North Walker and East Lass streets.
A prowl check was conducted on the 200 block of West Miller Street.
March 1
Assault reported on the 800 block of Maple Street.
