In the Jan. 25 issue of the Cheney Free Press, an informational document created by the Cheney Public Schools District was reproduced by the citizens committee as an advertisement and included the phrase “vote yes for kids.”
The advertisement was not purchased by or reprinted on behalf of Cheney Public Schools....
