Library workshops show seniors how to navigate tricky financial terrain

Financial planning can be tricky and overwhelming. Yet planning ahead allows you to outline your wishes, care for your family, and make the best decisions for your future.

In a free workshop series at two Spokane County Library District locations, attorneys from Elder Law Group PLLC share information about different social, financial, and legal issues that affect seniors and their families.

During these workshop, participants receive the tools to help make key decisions in advance, including valuable information for individuals, families and caregivers to plan for life and end-of-life, giving them more control and peace of mind.

The workshop schedule is as follows:

Workshop 1: Money and Authority

Argonne: Monday, Feb. 5, 4–5 p.m.

Workshop 2: Home and Long-term Care

Workshop 5: Estate Planning and Legal Resources
