Cheney High cross country runners took part in the Blackhawks' inaugural invitational meet "Battle of the 509" Saturday, Sept. 23, at Fairways Golf Course in Four Lakes. The meet featured teams from all classifications and throughout the Eastern Washington 509 area code.
