It’s not easy playing three matches in three days, but the Cheney High School volleyball team made that feat look easy last week.
The Lady Blackhawks didn’t drop a game in downing — in order — West Valley, North Central and Clarkston, the last two coming on the road. Cheney defeated the Eagles 25-12, 25-13 and 25-18; and then turned around 48 hours later to knock off the Bantams in Clarkston 25-17, 26-24 and 25-8 to run their Great Northern League record to 2-0.
In between, the Lady Blackhawks swept aside Greater Spokane League 3A North Central 25-15, 25-17 and 25-12, giving them a 4-0 overall...
